New Year, New features, And Still Easy-to-Use!
Our talented team of developers have continued to impress over the last year or so continuing to improve our COVID-19 Screening Aid application.
We have added several new add-on features to improve the ease of use and safety within the workplace.
The first is our Self-Serve Screening feature, which will allow visitors to add themselves if it is the first time they are visiting, or returning visitors to look themselves up. If you request this feature we will provide you with a unique QR code that you could post at your entrance or a unique weblink you can provide to visitors. This feature makes it easy and efficient to get the screening results you need right away for your visitors.
Second, is our Vaccination Question feature. The Vaccination Question is a free add-on to help you track those who are fully vaccinated. Employees will simply enter yes or no to whether or not they are vaccinated. Additionally, when employees answer yes, the next time they receive the screening questions, they will not have to answer the Vaccination Question again. An administrator can then enter the date when they verify the fully vaccinated status.
Next, is our Department Admin feature. This add-on feature allows for you to assign the head of a department to manage and only view employees screenings within only their department.
Finally, we have the Email Notification add-on feature. This feature will enable emails to be sent to Admins and/or Department Admin when an employee or visitor did not clear their Screening.
As mentioned in our last update, these add-on features enhanced the COVID-19 Screening Aid application and placed the focus on helping employers keep their staff, visitors, and workplaces safe during the pandemic.
